Acne can destroy your confidence. I’ve had clients come to me and not even want to leave their house or look in the mirror because of their acne. Today, we are creating a skincare plan to give you flawless skin and your confidence back.
There are several different factors that cause acne. Hormones, sweat, stress and cosmetics are among some of the most common. Pay attention to what’s going on in your life to establish what could be causing it and use the products below to get the best skin of your life.
Let’s talk the right cleanser. It is not an one size fits all. The first thing you need to determine is if you lean more towards the oily or dry side. If you are unsure, you can always stop in to get a skin diagnosis using our Skin Instant® Lab to determine your skin type. If you are on the oily side, Lait U is the best cleanser for you. It removes impurities without leaving an oily film on the skin. Now if you tend to be more dry or dull, Lait VIP O2 is the best option for you. This cleanser brightens, calms, re-balances and hydrates the skin.
When dealing with breakouts, your P50 needs to be a 1970’s version to help clear and control the acne. P50 exfoliates, tones and fortifies the skin; essential for all skin. Now when it comes to acne, use the P50V 1970. This version purifies and controls sebum production, giving you the clearest skin possible.
Adding in a booster is great for fighting blemishes. Lotion MC 110 gives your imperfections a kick goodbye while plumping your skin to look lifted and youthful. Take a cotton round with MC 110, wrap it around your finger and use an upward flicking motion to apply this product. This specific motion lifts the skin to give you the best results with this product.
Masque VIP O2 is packed with endless benefits. This masque contains white clay to help purify the skin and lighten any discoloration from scarring. Blemishes cause redness; this product calms and soothes the redness, unifying your complexion. The oxygen properties give your skin a brightened glow. Use this masque 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes for best results.
For serums, there are three that you will need to clear and heal the skin. The first one is the Complexe Iribiol. Rich in ingredients such as zinc and bioflavonoids, this serum prevents, slows and heals imperfections. This product also regulates oil production and tightens pores. This serum can be applies all over the skin or it can be used as a spot treatment.
Dermopore is the second must have serum. This serum prevents blemishes from forming while tightening pores. Dermopore is great for those pesky blackheads on your nose. Use consistently and watch your pores shrink!
The third serum you’ll need is Placenta. With acne comes scarring and this serum heals these stubborn marks. Placenta restores and reconstructs the skin to heals the skin so no one knows acne was ever an issue.
Many of my clients dealing with acne skip moisturizing which is a big mistake! Skipping this important step can cause your skin to break out even more. When your skin is dehydrated, it screams, “I need moisture.” When this occurs, the skin’s natural defense is to moisture itself by producing oil causing more blemishes. Creme Dermopurifante is perfect for anyone who is acne prone. This creme contains antibacterial properties that help clear and regulate the skin. This creme is great for calming and soothing any redness that comes along with the acne as well.
Finishing serums are essential for all skin types. You don’t want to apply all these amazing products only for external factors to break them down. Finishing serums lock in all your products and give your skin the beautiful glow that everyone wants. Specifically for acne, Fluide VIP O2 is what I always recommend.
