APPOINTMENTS and BOOKING

Not sure which treatment is best suited for you? Please call us at 704-332-8500. Our expert staff will be happy to assist you in choosing which treatment will be appropriate and assist you in scheduling your appointment.

 

48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Credit card information is required when booking services to reserve the appointment. Appointments not rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the missed service. If the cancellation is a result of an unforeseen emergency, the fee may be applied towards another appointment within 5 days, subject to esthetician availability. Failure to notify or a No Show will result in a full service charge and cannot be credited towards rescheduled appointments. You will receive SMS text messages and email notifications regarding the date and time of your appointment. Please DO NOT respond to these notifications. You must Call us at 704-332-8500 or email information@toskaspa to reschedule your appointment asap. No-shows or two consecutive cancellations will require pre-payment for the next appointment in addition to the cancellation fee.

 

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to get comfortable and relax with a cup of tea or refreshments in our spa lounge.

 

JEWELRY

We will provide you with a tray in the room to place your jewelry during your treatment. Please ensure to collect your items when your treatment is completed as we are not responsible for lost items.

 

PHONE ETIQUETTE

To maintain a tranquil atmosphere for our other clients, we kindly ask that your mobile phones be placed in silent mode or turned off during your time at the spa.

 

PRICES

Toska Husted’s fees are not listed in the services menu. Please ask an associate or call us for details on pricing. Note: prices may be subject to change without notice.

 

PRECAUTIONS

If you are pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you. Please alert our associates if there has been a change in your intake form information since your first visit to the spa.
